SCOTT-WILCOX, JANET EILEEN - The death of Janet Eileen Scott-Wilcox, loving wife to Kenneth Wilcox occurred peacefully with her family at her side on Wednesday, December 5, 2007, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1952 in Amherst, NS, she was the daughter of Eileen (Cunningham) DeRoche and the late Frederick DeRoche. Janet worked as a Registered Nurse in the CAM Unit at St. Joseph's Hospital for many years. Besides her loving husband Ken she is survived by her sons Neil Scott of Saint John; Eric Scott and Ewan Scott both of Rothesay; step children Scott Wilcox of Alberta, Elizabeth Parlee (Jason) of Saint John and Brent Wilcox (Jennifer) of Saint John; grandsons, Evan Parlee and Alexander Wilcox; sister, Judy Perrin (John) of Fredericton; best friend, Lynn Kearney of Rothesay; 3 nieces and many friends. Following cremation, the family will receive visitors at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Memorial Service will be held from St. Mary St. Bartholomew's Church on Friday December 7, 2007 at 2 p.m. Interment will follow in Ocean View Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
