KENNETH MILLER
MILLER, KENNETH - Following a brief illness Kenneth Mackenzie Miller of Clifton Royal, devoted husband of Anne (Walton) Miller, passed away Thursday December 20th, 2007 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1930 in Saint John to the late Fred and Louise (Scurrah) Miller. Ken was a salesman for Canadian General Electric and had 44 years of service at the time of his retirement. Devoted husband, father, brother, grandfather and friend he was always up to antics and had a fantastic sense of humor. He enjoyed music, woodworking hunting, fishing and sports. Ken was a Warden at All Saints Church for many years later becoming an honorary Warden. Much involved in his community he coached the Kingston Little League, was an active member of the provinces Conservative Party, and played the Saxophone for the Saint John Commodores and other local bands. Besides his wife of 51 years, Ken is survived by his three sons, Glenn Miller (Sandra) of Barnesville, Todd Miller (Denise) of the Kingston Peninsula and Frank Miller (Karen Volgmann) of Saint John; three grandchildren, Nathan Miller, Hunter Anne Miller and Travis Edgett; three brothers, Jim Miller of Vancouver, BC, Frank Miller (Ottillie) of Rothesay and David Miller (Velma) of Vulcan, AB; cousins, nieces, nephews and many friends. Ken was predeceased by his parents; two sisters, Doris Collier and Nancy Cooper; two brothers, Col. Ralph Miller and Meryl Miller. Following cremation visitation will be held at the Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424) on Sunday December 23rd, 2007 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial service will be held from Trinity Church in Kingston on Monday December 24th, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. Interment to take place in the spring at All Saints Church Cemetery.
