ARMSTRONG, OPAL 1915-2007 - Opal Armstrong of Perth-Andover passed away at Hotel Dieu of St. Joseph Hospital on December 28, 2007. Born in Plaster Rock on May 29, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Jane (Jensen) Brown. Opal leaves behind her daughters, Jane (Murray) Watters of Perth-Andover, Cherry Armstrong of Alberta; her sister, Idella Mowbray of Hamilton, ON; grandchildren Beth, David, Arin, and Catherine; and five great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband James M. Armstrong; her brothers, Bearl, Bruce, Walter; her sister, Rebecca. Resting at Brunswick Funeral Home with visitation on Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, December 31, 2007 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Maynard Rector officiating. Interment will be in Larlee Creek Cemetery at a later date.
