S. GREGORY MULHERIN

MULHERIN, S. GREGORY - At the Grand Falls Manor Veterans' Wing, January 6, 2008, Mr. S. Gregory Mulherin of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 88 years. He was the husband of the late Noreen Littlewood. Born at Grand Falls in 1919, he was a son of the late Thomas and Mae (Sullivan) Mulherin. Retired from the provincial Department of Agriculture, Mr. Mulherin was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 21. He is survived by one daughter, Patricia Vaillancourt (Mike) of Freeport, Maine; two sons, Gregory of Germany and David (Dorina) of Quispamsis; four grandchildren; two great grandchildren; two sisters, Betty Stark of Toronto and Colleen Brown of Laval, Quebec; two brothers, Doug (Edna) of Plaster Rock and Brian (Joanne) of Guelph, Ontario; sister-in-law, Noella "Toodie" Mulherin of Grand Falls; as well as nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two brothers, Donald and Kent. Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 9:30 to 11 a.m. His funeral will be held Wednesday, January 9th at 11 a.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls, with interment in the Union Cemetery, Grand Falls. Members of the Royal Canadian Legion will meet for prayers Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. For those who wish, donations to the Alzheimer Society or the Grand Falls Manor Memorial Fund would be appreciated by the family. www.oregans.ca
