GUIMOND, ROGER - (1929-2008). St Louis de Kent, NB - Mr. Roger Guimond passed away at the Palliative Care Unit, Dr. Georges- L- Dumont, January 10, 2008 at the age of 78. He was the son of the late Joseph M. Guimond and Lucie (Arsenault) Guimond. Besides his wife, Elodie, he is survived by three sons, Alyre, Paul and his wife Diane of St Louis de Kent, NB and Richard and his wife Diane of Richibouctou-Village, NB; three Grandchildren, Roger Rockey of Moosejaw, Mylène Guimond of St Louis, NB and Paul Guimond of Richibouctou-Village, NB; two Brothers, Nazaire Guimond and Alonzo Guimond, both of St Louis, NB; two sisters, Mrs. Alida Fraser of Quispamsis, NB and Laurette Guimond of Saint John, NB; two sisters-in-Law, Annie Guimond of St Louis, NB and Mabel Guimond of Saint John, NB. Several nieces and nephews. His remains will be resting at the Thompson's Memorial Home in St Louis de Kent, NB, Sunday January 13, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 and Monday from 9 am until funeral. The funeral mass will be held at the St Louis des Francais R.C. Church, Monday January 14 at 11 am. If so desired, donations to the memorial of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
