Passed away suddenly Wednesday, July 23, 2008, Dale Batstone of Portugal Cove/St. Phillip's Age 47 years. Predeceased by his mother, Daphne Batstone. Leaving to mourn his wife Irene (nee Cole) and daughter Katie; his father Glen (Delores); three brothers: Brian (Annette), Derek (Diane) and Chris, and a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Conway's Funeral Home, Conception Harbour, Saturday 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.; Sunday 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Colliers on Monday at 11:00 a.m. with cremation to follow. Inurnment will be at a later date.
