Passed peacefully away on Monday, February 4th, 2008 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook, Donald Crewe at the age of 92 years. Predeceased by his first wife, Dorothy in 1984; sons: Melvin and Roy (1939), James (1955) and great granddaughter Nancy (2004). Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Hilda; his sons: Gerald (Winnie), Ray (Eileen), Ralph (Jane), Tony (Liz); his daughters: Marg Joy, Judy (Kevin) Veitch, Patsy (Derek) Hollett, and Peggy Welsh (Lloyd McCarthy); 19 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will take place from Humber Valley United Church, Pasadena on Monday evening from 7-9:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m., from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, February 6th at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Andrew Wright officiating. Interment to follow at the church cemetery.
