JUSTASON, DONNA DOREEN - Unexpectedly, at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John NB on February 10th, 2008, Mrs. Donna Doreen (Cook) Justason, wife of Bruce Alan Justason of Pennfield NB. Born in Back Bay NB on April 21, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Shirley (Hooper) Cook. A loving wife, mother, grandmother and niece she is survived by her husband, Bruce; one son, Mark Justason (Tracy Donahee) of Pennfield; one daughter, Laura (Kevin) Leavitt of Pennfield; five grandchildren, Derick, Devin, Mariah, Tory and Jewel; three aunts, Wilma Lee of St. Andrews NB, Helena Cook of Back Bay NB, Elizabeth Hooper of St. Andrews; two uncles, Guilford (Valerie) Cook and Blois Cook all of Back Bay; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Donna worked for Connor's Bros. for a number of years in Blacks Harbour. She enjoyed celebrating birthdays with her family and circle of friends. She enjoyed knitting and collecting stuffed bears and was a big Elvis fan. She was a member of the Red Hat Scarlet Angels. Resting at the St. George Funeral Home & Crematorium (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George NB from where the service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm with the Rev. Gordon Cooke officiating. The interment will take place at the Pennfield Rural Cemetery in the spring. Visiting at the funeral home on Monday at 7 to 9 pm and on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
