BYARD H. HERRINGTON
HERRINGTON, BYARD H. - Passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on February 11th, 2008. Born in Saint John, he was the son of the late George and Babe (Williams) Herrington and husband of Lorraine (Black) Herrington. Byard lived all of his life in Fairville and was an adherent of Lancaster Baptist Church. He was a Telegrapher with the C.P.R. and before his retirement, he was a electrician with Kimberly Clarke. He was a member of Carleton Union Lodge #8 F & AM. He enjoyed skating, swimming, pool, dancing and enjoyed people. Surviving in addition to his wife, Lorraine, are two daughters, Patti (David) Lively of Saint John, and Pamela (Paul) Burnside, of Grand Bay-Westfield; one sister, Nancy (Doug) Knorr, of Saint John; 2 sister-in-laws Rosalie Black and Claudia Mason, both of Saint John; three grand- children, Karyn (Peter) Fillmore, Michael (Jayne) Lively, and Avery Burnside; three great-grandchildren, Adam Fillmore, Leah and Grace; one nephew, Craig Knorr and several nieces. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701) visitation will take place on Tuesday, February 12th, 2008 and Wednesday, February 13th, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 14th, 2008 at 11:00 am from Castle Funeral Home. Interment will take place in Cedar Hill Ext. Cemetery. Donations in memory of Byard may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Lancaster Baptist Church.
