FEICHT, KATHARINA - The death of Katharina Feicht, wife of the late Mathias Feicht, occurred on Thursday, February 28, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, Saint John, NB. Born in Romania on June 16, 1927, she was a daughter of the late Johawn and Maria Klein. Katharina and her family moved to Canada in 1951. She loved to garden, and spend time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survived by her two sons, Matthias (Evelyn) of Saint John and Anton (Ann) of Saint John; her daughter, Elisabeth (Wayne) Grutzner of Quispamsis, NB; a sister, Maria Schuster of Kitchener, ON; her grandchildren, Heather, Matthew, Kathy, Karl, Andrew, Mark, and Bradley; two great-grandchildren, Jazmine and Brooklyn; several cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her first daughter, Elisabeth. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Monday, March 3, 2008 at 2:15pm. Interment will be in Fernhill Cemetery.
