DOUGLAS ARTHUR DRUMMOND
DRUMMOND, DOUGLAS ARTHUR - Douglas Arthur Drummond, 59, of Upperton, NB, passed away unexpectedly earlier this week at his residence. Born February 27, 1949, to Laura (Teakles) and the late Gordon Drummond, he leaves behind his children, Angela (Richard) Ryan, Rothesay, Derek, Grande Prairie, AB, Christine (Philip) Cliff, Waasis, Mary Ann Drummond, Upperton; ex-wife, Mavis (Allaby) Drummond; grandchildren, Nickolas Ryan, Brandon and Jordan Cliff, Kathrynn and Zackary Ashworth; special friend, Sheryl Carroll; brother, Gary; sisters, Judy and Marlene; several aunts and uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his brother, Dale; and his father. Douglas had worked as a brakeman for CPRail, a woodsman, and as a farmer on the family farm. He was very passionate about photography and bird watching. He will be sorely missed. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, with visitation Sunday, 7 to 9pm and Monday 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from St. Anthony's Church, Upham, on Tuesday at 10:00am. Interment in Back Settlement Cemetery, Upham.
