THOMPSON, RALPH - Ralph Thompson of Ontario, and formerly of Cassidy Lake, passed away on March 6th at the age of 78. Born in Taylor Lake, he was the son of the late Leonard and Jeannie (Rodgers) Thompson; and the husband of the late Norma Ann (Benjamin), who passed away in 1979. Ralph is survived by his companion, Rita Matthews; his children, Laura Coates (Delbert) Corn Hill, Lorna Horsman (Loris) Petitcodiac, Karen LeBlanc (Daniel) Quispamsis, Kelly Long (Garry) Saint John; two brothers, Cecil Saint John, Gerald Barnesville; his sister, Doreen Estey (Oscar) Bayswater; nine grandchildren; three great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews; and his extended family in Burlington. Ralph was also predeceased by two brothers, Howard and George. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. A Celebration of Ralph's life will be held from St. Mark's Anglican Church on Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 2:00 pm.
