McGRAW, MARIE HELEN - Marie Helen "Janie" McGraw, widow of the late J. Hilaire McGraw of Saint John passed away unexpectedly on Monday March 10th, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1923 in Prince Edward Island to the late Phillip and Julia Ann (Gallant) Poirier. Janie is survived by two sons, David McGraw of Saint John, Dale (Jo-Anne) McGraw of Quispamsis; daughter, Darlene Couture (John) of Quispamsis; two sisters, Stella Arsenault of Summerside, PEI and Antoinette Gallant of Fredericton; four grandsons, Joel, Alex, Bryan and Christopher; sisters and brothers-in-law; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by six brothers and five sisters. Janie was a member of St. Ann's Catholic Church and RCL Branch #53. Devoted mother, grandmother and sister, she was an avid crib player and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Resting at the Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424) with visitation on Wednesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial to take place at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help, Rothesay on Friday March 14th, 2008 at 12:30 p.m. Interment to follow at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
