WHELAN, ANDREW NEILL - The death of Andrew Neill Whelan, age 25, son of Roger and Patricia Whelan of Hartland, NB, occurred unexpectedly by accident on Sunday, March 23, 2008. He is survived by his parents; sister, Kelly Whelan of Hartland; grandmother, Norma Kelly of Maugerville; aunts and uncles, Doreen Whelan of Fredericton, Kathy and Barry Macaulay of Fredericton, Burton and Janice Kelly of Quispamsis, Rick Kelly of Fredericton, Danny and Tracey Kelly of Mississauga, ON, Barb and Brian King of Fredericton, Janet and Mike DelFrate of Fredericton and Tim Kelly of Gatineau, PQ; numerous cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Walter and Stella Whelan; and maternal grandfather, Earl Kelly. The family will receive visitors at Britton Funeral Home, Hartland, from 4 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26th and at Sherwood's Funeral Home and Life Tribute Centre (839-2156), 18 Scovil Road, Norton, NB, from 4 to 8 p.m. on Thursday. A celebration of Andrew's life will be held from Sherwood's Chapel at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 28, 2008. Interment will be in Bayview Cemetery, Hatfield Point, NB, in the spring.
