GRIFFITH, VELMA - of Lower Woodstock, NB passed away on Friday, March 28, 2008. She was born in Glassville, NB on May 15, 1921. She graduated from High School and trained to become an RN. She worked at the Bath and Woodstock Hospitals for many years. She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph Griffith. And one brother, Claude Guthrie. She is survived by two sons, Michael and Neil. Five Grandchildren Robbie, Rachael, Ryan, Sherri and Jodi and Two Great Grandchildren, Rhyan and Dalton. One sister, Olive Banks. Visitation at The Culberson Funeral Home 188 Connell Street, Woodstock on Sunday, March 30, 2008 from 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services to be held on Monday, March 31, 2008 from St. Luke's Anglican Church, Main Street, Woodstock, NB at 11:00 a.m. Spring interment at the Christ Church Cemetery.
