JENNINGS, ROBERT ELLIS - The death of Robert Ellis Jennings of Fredericton, NB, occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Thursday, March 27th, 2008. Born in Saint John, NB, he was the son of Edward and Louise (Colin) Jennings and the husband of Winnifred (Blackwell) Jennings. Robert Ellis was an Electrical Engineer having worked at Westinghouse for 25 years, and with the Public Works Department, Federal Government as head of Illuminations for 14 years. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge and of The Royal Arch Mason. Robert will be greatly missed as a husband, father, grandfather and friend. Survived by his wife, Winnifred; two sons, R. Bruce Jennings (Patricia) of London, ON and Jeffrey L. Jennings (Karen) of Pocologan, NB; four grandchildren, Joanne, Jonathan, Lindsay and Braden. Predeceased by his parents and one brother, David R. Jennings. There will be no visitation by request. A memorial service will be held at McAdam's Select Community Funeral Home at a later date.
