GRANT, CAROLE GAIL (GRAY) - Carole G. Grant of Fredericton passed away peacefully on April 9, 2008 at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital after a long and courageous battle with diabetes. Born in Birch Ridge, NB, she was a daughter of Elsie (Foster) Gray and the late Alexander Gray. Carole lived in Hamilton, Ontario for twenty one years. She was an excellent painter, enjoyed doing crafts and taught as well as made ceramics. She was a dearly beloved wife of Keith; loving and devoted mom to Karen (Steve), Shelley (Bill), Penny (Tony), Darren (Shawna); cherished nanny to Kristin, Miranda, Meghan, Mallory, Jeramy, Jordan, Andrew, and Jarrett; much loved daughter of Elsie Gray and sister of seven siblings; will also be sadly missed by long time best friend, Annie (Brian) Kaufman; Didgy-Do; nieces; nephews and cousins. Visitation will be Thursday April 10, 2008 at Bishop's Funeral Home from 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday April 11, 2008 from Bishop's Funeral Home Chapel, 540 Woodstock Rd. at 10:30 am with the Venerable John Sharpe officiating. Interment at a later date.
