MOOREHOUSE, LEONA - Leona Moorehouse of Plaster Rock passed away at Tobique Valley Hospital on April 17, 2008. Born in Shulee, NS, on July 30, 1915, she was the daughter of the late Nathan and Julia (McLellan) Priest. Leona leaves behind her daughter Audrey (Albert) Khoury of Fredericton; her sons Camber (Theresa) Giberson of Plaster Rock, Sherry Giberson of Vancouver, BC, Gary (Diane) Giberson of Powell River, BC; her sisters Norma Trewin of Woodstock, Geraldine (Denys) Leeming of Fredericton; 10 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. Leona is predeceased by her first husband Clyde Giberson; her second husband Franklin Morehouse; her son George Giberson; five sisters and two brothers. Resting at Tobique Chapel in Plaster Rock with visitation on Saturday, 1 to 4 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 19, 2008 at 4 pm from the chapel. Rev. Carl DeMerchant officiating. Interment will be in Plaster Rock Community Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements by Brunswick Funeral Home, Perth-Andover.
