BURTT, JAMES VERNON - The passing of James V. Burtt of Fredericton, NB occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital on Sunday, April 27, 2008 at the age of 74. Born in Zealand Station NB, he was the son of the late Rhodes and Marilda (Crouse) Burtt and husband of the late Viola (Munn) Burtt. James was Anglican by faith and was employed with the Department of Transport as an Engineering Technician. He very much loved the outdoors especially hunting. Survived by his sons Kelvin of Saint John, NB, Todd (Claudia) of Calgary, Alta; three grandchildren Charlie, Kyle, and Katie; brothers Robert of Sudbury, Ont, Wayne (Julie) of Burtts Corner,NB; sister Sylvia McKillop (Hugh) of Saint John; numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Edgar, Irving and Curtis; sisters Darlene and Gwen. Although there will be no visitation, a funeral service will be held on Saturday May 3, 2008 from St. Mary's Anglican Church, McEvoy St. at 2:00 pm, with Rev.
