BOULTER, DEBORAH - The death of Deborah (Debbie) Boulter of Saint John occurred at her residence on April 28th, 2008. Born in Saint John, she was a daughter of Ruby (Northrup) Meagher-Sproul and the late John Hugh Meagher. She was the wife of Rick Boulter. Deborah worked at the Skyline Apartments for seven years as a property manager. She much enjoyed camping in Bellisle with her husband Rick and their friends and family. She also enjoyed visiting flea markets. Surviving in addition to her husband, Rick, is step-father, Lloyd Sproul, three sons, Ronnie Osborne (Nancy), Shawn Osborne and Scott Osborne; one daughter, Diane Morrell; five brothers, John Meagher (Judy), Ricky Meagher (Linda), Robbie Meagher (Angie), Carl Meagher and Doug Meagher (Darlene); four sisters, Dianne Adams (Barry), Dawn Caissie (Ray), Darlene McCavour (Gary) and Heather Cyr (Doug); as well as several grandchildren and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a niece, M. Dawn Cyr, 1963. Resting at the Cavanagh Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 91 Leinster Street (634-1712) with visiting on Wednesday 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st, 2008 at 11:00 am in Cavanagh's Chapel. Donations to the Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
