GRAVES, LOIS - The unexpected passing of Lois Graves of Quispamsis, NB, occurred on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at her residence. Born in Saint John, NB on March 6, 1944, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Helen (Blanchette) Graves. Lois was a Brown Owl Leader for the Girl Guides of Canada. Survived by he daughter, Paula (Philip) Patterson and their children, Brittney, Victoria, Alexandria, Mackenzie, Tyler and Jarod, all of Quispamsis; two sisters, Clarice (John) Jones of Sussex, NB, and Valerie Graves of Saint John; one brother, Robert (Marie) Graves of Saint John; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Predeceased by one brother, Brian Graves. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424, with visiting on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. Funeral Service will be held at Brenan's Funeral Home Chapel on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 11:30 am. Interment in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
