STEVENS, BARBARA JEAN (JEANNIE) - Jeannie Stevens, 36, of Moncton, passed away at the Victoria General Hospital, Halifax, on Monday, May 26, 2008. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of Barbara (Waddell) Stevens, Moncton and the late Peter Stevens (2004). Jeannie was a graduate of King's-Edgehill School, Windsor, NS; a former personal care worker and volunteer at The Moncton Hospital. She enjoyed reading mystery novels, watching sports (the Boston Bruins), animals and spending time with her family. Jeannie will be sadly missed by her mother, Barbara Stevens; partner, Stephen McGrath; sisters, Cathy Stevens (Rob Paxton), Halifax; Ann Chamberlaine (John), Moncton; brother, Mark, Riverview; nephew, Sean; nieces, Samantha and Kristen.
