EPSTEIN, HANS , M.D., F.R.C.P.(C), F.A.C.P. - At his residence in St. Stephen, NB, on Tuesday, June 10th, 2008; Dr. Hans Epstein, husband of Bonnie (Hastey) Epstein. Born in Grand Falls, Newfoundland, he is the son of the late Albert & Freida (Spelleber) Epstein. Surviving in addition to his wife, Bonnie; are his son, Peter of Toronto, Ont., daughter, Heidi Epstein of Saskatoon, Sask.; brother, Bodo Epstein (Margot) of St. Catherines, Ont.; stepson, Robb Wilson (Amy); grandchildren, Ginny and Kate all of St. Stephen; step daughter, Susan (Wilson) McNeill (Michael) and grandson Alex, all of the United Kingdom; nieces and nephews. Hans was predeceased by his sister, Margaret Epstein. By Hans request there will be no visitation at the funeral home; however, friends will be welcomed to attend a service of remembrance to be held sometime in August. Time and date will be announced in early August. Donations to the Charlotte County SPCA or NB Extra Mural Program - St. Stephen Unit would be appreciated by the family.
