DUNHAM, MARION J. - The death of Marion J. Dunham of Saint John occurred on Sunday, June 22, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Alma (Pike) Dunham. Marion was a school teacher for 42 years, teaching mostly at Princess Elizabeth and Dufferin Schools. She was a life long active member of St. James Anglican Church, Broad Street, a member of the Girl Guides of Canada, and a founding member of the Fundy Trefoil Guild. Marion is survived by a cousin, Peter Dunham of Mahone Bay, NS; and her extended family which included John & Doris Evans and family, Betty (the late Rev. Roy Evans) Pickle and family, and the family of the late F. Richard Evans. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service, which will be held on Wednesday at 2:30 PM from Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John. A reception will be held immediately following the service at Brenan's Reception Centre. Interment will be in Fernhill Cemetery.
