CLARKE, GEORGE FREDERICK - of Upper Woodstock passed away at Upper River Valley Hospital on Sunday, June 22, 2008, at the age of 81. Fred was born in Toronto, Ont., son of the late Dr. George Frederick and Mary (Shubert) Clarke. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy (Botsford) Clarke; two sons, George Frederick Clarke and his wife Karin of Calgary, AB; Robin Clarke and his wife Donna of Victoria BC; and one daughter, Joan Rossetti of Boston Mass; several grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Fred was pre-deceased by two sisters, Jane S. Bernard and Mary E. Homer. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB, with visiting on Wednesday from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 am from St. Luke's Anglican Church, Rev. Jane Arnott will be officiating, with interment in the Upper Woodstock cemetery.
