HIGGINS, MARY CECILIA - at her residence, St. Stephen, NB, June 23, 2008, Mary Cecilia Higgins, daughter of the late William Francis and Laura May (Galbraith) Higgins. Survived by one sister, Frances Briand (Dan), Ontario, several nieces and nephews. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at the Holy Rosary Roman Catholic Church, Union Street, St. Stephen, NB on Monday June 30, 2008 at 10 AM. Interment at Milltown Roman Catholic Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the S.O. Mehan & Son Funeral Home Ltd., 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, NB on Sunday June 29, 2008 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances to Home Support Services or charity of ones choice would be appreciated by the family.
