TRACY-GOULD, HESTER WENDY - The death of Hester Wendy Tracy-Gould, wife of the late Alfred Perley Tracy-Gould of Miramichi, NB, occurred on Saturday, June 28, 2008 at the Miramichi Regional Hospital at the age of 85. Born in England she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Winnifred (Bray) Spain. Hester was a homemaker and attended St. Andrew's Anglican Church, Newcastle. Hester is survived by: two daughters: Jill Stewart (Robert) of Bay du Vin, NB, Cynthia Moore (Delbert) of Fredericton, NB; three sons: Jack (Marie) of Bay du Vin, NB, Robert (Yvonne) of Boiestown, NB, Edward (Kathy) of Miramichi, NB; one sister: Gwen Ayling of England; one brother: Eric (Cathy) of Hong Kong; eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. At Hester's request there will be no visitation at the funeral home. A public funeral service will be held from the Sterling Bell Memorial Chapel on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at 11 AM with Rev. Richard Steeves officiating. Burial will follow in the Miramichi Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Salvation Army or the Miramichi Regional Hospital Foundation.
