COUTURE, LAURINA MARIE - The death of Laurina Marie Couture, occurred on Thursday July 10, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born 1928 in Bathurst she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Dorothy (Cormier) Hachey. Laurina worked as a Superintendent of a Seniors apartment complex, 58 Legion Court. Surviving are loving children, Mary Bertha (Robert) Bentley, Mississauga ON, Annette (Harry) Follett Saint John, Yvon Couture, Calgary Alb., John (Darlene) Couture, Gondola Point, NB, Monique (Paul) Broderick, Kingston Peninsula, Lisa Couture (Ken Warren), Milford New Hampshire, Simone King (Bill Hannah), Calgary Alb., Andre Couture, Halifax NS; a sister, Elenor (Albert) Jacques, Bathurst; 15 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. A Beloved friend, Jim Smith; daughters, in law Lynn Couture Watson and Mary Lou Robertson. Besides; her husband, Louis J. Couture; and her parents. She was predeceased by a son, Robert; sisters, Elizabeth, Mary, Minnie, Margaret and Stella; brothers, Alexander, Leonard and James. At Laurina's request there will be no Funeral home visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Rothesay on Monday July 14, 2008 at 12:30 p.m. Interment will take place in the parish Cemetery.
