YOUNG, MARA R. - The death of Mara Ruth (Wade) Young of Saint John, NB, wife of the late John Victor Young, occurred on Saturday, July 12, 2008 at her residence. Born in New York, New York, she was the daughter of the late Oliver and Jeanette (Eserer) Wade. Mara enjoyed gardening, painting and loved all animals. She is survived by one daughter, Celeste Young (Alan Perry) of Saint John; and her companion and best friend, Middy. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (634-7424) with visiting on Tuesday, July 15, 2008 from 7-9 pm.
