Kevin Frederick Park, of 369 Ontario St., Stratford passed away suddenly at his residence on Saturday, January 26, 2008 in his 63rd year. Born in Cox’s Cove, Newfoundland he was a son of the late Cecil and Elizabeth Park. He had been employed for many years at Blackstone (Valeo) prior to retiring, was an avid collector of coins and sports memorabilia and enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren. Kevin will be sadly missed by his loving wife Lorraine (Ivany) Park and their children and great grandchildren; Cecil Park & son Brody, Gravenhurst, Tammy & her husband Kirk Marquette, RR4 Stratford and their children Haylee and Parker; Richard Prosper and wife Amanda, Stratford and their children Ryan & Chloe; Stephanie & her husband Jamie Maloney, Stratford and their children Talon, Chayse, Madison & Lynsey. Also surving are his brothers and sisters; Ted Park (Barb), Stratford, Baden Park (Shelly), Ingersoll, Fraser Park (Helen), Corner Brook, NL, Kerry Park, London, Dean Park, Corner Brook, NL, Roxie Wilcox (Jim), Texas, Gwen Park (Keith) Corner Brook, NL and Phyllis Bailey, Corner Brook, NL; a sister-in-law Daphne Park of New Brunswick and several nieces and nephews including Roxie Savile (Wally) of Walton. Besides his parents he was predeceased by brothers; Chanie, Bob and Russell, sisters; Rose, Fannie, Molly and Marie. Relatives and friends may call at the Heinbuck Funeral Home, 156 Albert St., Stratford on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, January 30, 2008 at 2 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association
