It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lillian May Glode announce her passing at the 6th Floor of the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Saturday, March 1st, 2008 in her 88th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her family; children: Linda (Scott) King, Joyce (Ron) Riberdy, Judy (Gordon) Fletcher and Mervin (Stella); grandchildren: Donna, Connie, Jimmy, Kayla, Terri-Lynn, Kerry, Danielle, Dwayne and Denise; her great-grandchildren: Brandon, Ryan, Bailee, Owen and Jada; her sisters: Rowena (Harold) Ball, Edith, Orellia (Lewis) Mulroney and Daphne (Kevin) Foley; her brother, John (Pauline) Goulding. Mother was predeceased by her husband, Michael Thomas Glode; children: Edward and Prudence; her sisters: Minnie Bryant, Gladys Pritchet, Myra Pardy and Eileen Rideout; her parents, Isabelle and Edward Goulding. The family are receiving family and friends from 10 a.m. - 12 Noon today, Tuesday, March 4th, 2008. The family will be having a private funeral service at Parsons Funeral Home, 63 North Main Street, Deer Lake on Tuesday, March 4th, 2008 at 2:00 pm with Canon John Meade officiating.
