It is with great sadness that the family of the late Marjorie Bishop announces the passing of their beloved mother on Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the age of 92 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her daughters: Grace Bishop Mundy (John) of Peterborough, ON, Helen Bishop Burn of Brampton, ON, and Margaret Sharpe (Gerald) of Corner Brook; son, Mac (Barbara) of Corner Brook; grandchildren: Catharine (Phil), David (Joanne), Trent (Amy), Tracey (Brian), Jason (Julie), Jamie (Andrea), Robin (Andrew) and Adam (Lindsay); great-grandchildren: Alexandra, Johnathan, Andrew, Christian and Stephanie; sister, Nan of Bellville, ON; special friends, Al and Joan Shaw; beloved cat, Susie; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband, Jim (1993); parents, Violet and George Nicholl; son-in-law, Larry; sister, Guinevere; and brothers: Bill and George. Visitation will be held at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Thursday, April 10, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. and Friday, April 11, 2008 from 10 a.m. – 12 noon from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, April 11, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Kathy Brett officiating. Interment in Mount Patricia Cemetery.
