CORMIER, GEORGE ROBERT - Passed away Sunday, August 24th, 2008, at his residence surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 29, 1961 in Saint John he was the son of the late William and Leila (Clark) Cormier. George was formerly employed at the Port Of Saint John, spent most of huis life as a fisherman. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a big wrestling fan. He is survived by his wife, Belinda Guimond, sons, Christopher Wilson (Kendra Johnson), Tim Wilson (Melissa Percy), daughter, Amanda Wilson (Randy Gallant), brothers, Fred (Wanda Bent), Norman, Gary (Lisa Scott), sisters, Debbie Fillis, Sandra (Norman) Adams, Linda (William) Dennis, Judy Roberts (Pat Wills) all of Saint John, grandson, Jayden Ward - Wilson. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his brother, Richard Bruce Cormier. Resting at Castle Funeral Home, "Fallsview Chapel", 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701) visitation will take place on Wednesday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. from Castle Funeral Home. Interment to follow in Ocean View Cemetery. A reception will be held at the Fallsview Family Reception Center.
