BAGNALL, KATHLEEN CECILIA - 68, Kathleen (Kaye) C. Bagnall (Semenko), wife of James E. Bagnall, passed away in the Saint John Regional Hospital on 25 August. She is the daughter of George and Victoria Semenko (now both deceased). She is survived by her loving husband James and her two sons Peter and Richard.
