Passed peacefully away at the Hoyles Escasoni Complex on July 27, 2008 at the age of 88 years. Left to mourn is his loving wife of 66 years, Janet; 12 sons: Leonard (Patricia), Harold (Olga), Leo, Nelson (Dawn), Dan (Laurie), William (Tina), Phillip (Joan), Michael, Roy, Steve (Annie), Sandy (Diane), Calvin (Lana), daughters Winnie (Ron), Agnes (Freeman), Joan (David), Judy and stepsister Teresa Whaelan. Also left to mourn a large circle of grandchildren and great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road on today from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Funeral service to take place from Holy Family Church in Paradise at a time to be announced.
