MACKAY, WILLIAM "BILL" MURRAY - The death of William "Bill" MacKay of Hardings Point, NB, occurred on September 10, 2008 in Edmonton, AB. Born in Saint John, NB, he was a son of Dorothy MacKay and the late Carl MacKay. Besides his mother he is survived by a sister, Paula Pitre of Sherwood Park, AB; a son and daughter, Colby and Kylie MacKay, both of Morna, NB; niece and nephew, Amber and Devin MacKay; a friend, Rene Pitre (Amy Renton); sister-in-law, Christa MacKay (Paul Ganong). Besides his father he was predeceased by a brother, John. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 27, 2008 at 1:30 pm from Brenan's Bay View Chapel, 1461 Manawagonish Road, Saint John West (506) 634-7425 with a reception to follow.
