It is with great sadness that the family of the late Max Parsons announces his passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Saturday, January 26, 2008 at the age of 56 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 32 years, Linda; daughter, Kimberly (Clint) of Ontario; son, Keith (Carmen) of Edmonton; 2 granddaughters: Kaitlyn and Hayden; 2 brothers: Bruce (Liza) of Irishtown and John (Wanalda) of Ontario; mother-in-law, Elizabeth Hoddinott; 2 sisters-in-law: Betty (Lorne) Burton and Rubena (Harvey) Ivany; 3 brothers-in-law: Dave (Veronica), Curtis (Kim) and Terry; 7 nieces; 3 nephews; 2 great nephews; and a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents, Jack and Ella Parsons and father-in-law, Clarence Hoddinott. Visitation will be held at Country Haven Funeral Home, 167 Country Road on Monday, January 28, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Tuesday, January 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. from Humber United Church, Clarence Street with Rev. Kathy Brett officiating. Interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
