BOUDREAU, LAURIE JOSEPH - The death of Laurie Joseph Boudreau Sr., loving husband of Lorraine Mary (Cormier) Boudreau, of St. John & St. Stephen Nursing Home occurred on Wednesday October 15, 2008 at his residence. Born 1917 in Moncton he was the son of the late Ammie and Annie (Gould) Boudreau. Joseph worked for Air Canada as a Mechanic for many years. He was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his loving wife Lorraine of 70 years, he is survived by three sons, Robert Boudreau (Jackie) of Montreal, Roger Boudreau (Patti) of Moncton and Laurie Boudreau (Sylvia) of Belleville, ON; two daughters, Joanne Allen and Gloria St. Pierre (Richard) both of Saint John; 12 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; several nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by son-in-law Rick Allen; brother Gerald; sisters Katherine and Flo. A Memorial Service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John, (646-2424) on Saturday October 18, 2008 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
