GRANT, DOROTHY - 1914-2008 - Dorothy Grant of Four Falls passed away unexpectedly at her home on October 18, 2008. Born in Beaconsfield on May 24, 1914, she was the daughter of the late Spurgeon and Alice (Johnson) Tomlinson. Dorothy leaves behind her daughters, Louise Cummings of Woodstock, Marilyn Bunting (Roy) of Strathan, NH, Monica Smith (Larry) of Gloucester, Virginia; her son, Ross Grant (Jennifer) of Morrell Siding; sisters, Angie Flowers of Carlingford, Violet Elias (Manuel) of California; her brother, Roy Tomlinson (Jackie) of Fort Fairfield; her daughter-in-law, Fern Grant of Perth-Andover; and 16 grandchildren. She was predeceased by her parents; her husband, Kenneth Grant; her stepson, Clayton Grant; sisters, Lima Tomlinson, Doris Tomlinson; and her brother, Bud Tomlinson. Dorothy was well known for her delicious meals, her wedding cakes, her May baskets, sharp wit and her great love for her grandchildren. By Dorothy's request, there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22, 2008 at 2 pm from Brunswick Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Helene Burns officiating. Interment at Perth-Andover Baptist Cemetery.
