VANDEBRAND, NORMA ELSIE - Mrs. Norma Elsie VanDeBrand of Penobsquis, passed away on November 24, 2008 at the age of 45. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Muriel (Secord) Webster. Norma was blessed with her husband, Peter; her children: Chase of Calgary, Sam of Fredericton, Ty and Abby at Home; her brother, Paul Webster (Marla) of Five Points; her sister, Nancy Haslett (Bill) of Quispamsis; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Wednesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9.
