OLSEN, DONNA MARIE - The death of Donna M. Olsen of Saint John occurred unexpectedly on Sunday November 23, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Toronto on October 4, 1951 she was the daughter of Leo J. Olsen and the late Pauline Elizabeth (Amero) Olsen. Donna was a teacher for thirty years, teaching at Bayview, Woodlawn, and the last seventeen years at M. Gerald Teed School. Surviving in addition to her father Leo, are her two sisters; Shirley Olsen and Sandra Olsen of Saint John, her aunt, Evelyn Amero and her uncle, Harry Olsen, as well as several cousins. She was predeceased by her mother Pauline in 1987 Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home (634-1701), 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John West. Visiting at Fallsview on Thursday from 7-9 pm. and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Our Lady of the Assumption on Saturday at 2 pm.
