LARSON, JOHN DOUGLAS - The death of John Douglas Larson of Saint John, NB occurred on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John on November 7, 1935, he was a son of the late Oscar and Mae (Ladds) Larson. He had been an employee of the CPR as Crew Clerk. Doug is survived by three brothers, Vernon and James of Saint John and William (Marion) of Toronto, ON; a sister, Greta Scott of Saint John; a niece, Nancy Scott of Saint John and two nephews, Bill Larson of Vancouver, BC and Doug Scott of Quispamsis, NB. He was predeceased by a brother, Donald. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (506) 634-7424 with visiting on Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9 pm and on Friday from 1 pm until the time of the service at 2:30 pm. Funeral Service will be held from Brenan's Chapel on Friday, December 12, 2008 at 2:30 pm. Interment will be in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
