VANWART, MILTON W. - The death of Milton W. VanWart of Saint John, occurred December 19, 2008 at Saint John Regional Hospital surrounded by his children. He was born in Saint John, son of the late Allison VanWart and Marion (Pitt) (VanWart) Mersereau. He is survived by one daughter, Shilow MacDonald (Brett), Hampton; three sons, Greg VanWart, Saint John, Tom VanWart (Dawn), Titusville, Owen VanWart (Holly Carson), Smithtown; one brother Royden VanWart, Saint John; several grandchildren, two great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton, with visitation 2-4pm & 7-9pm Monday. The funeral will be held Tuesday, 1:00 pm at Reid's Funeral Home Chapel with The Rev. Marian Lucas-Jefferies officiating. Interment in Christ Church Cemetery, Bloomfield.
