Passed peacefully in the arms of his parents after a brief illness on February 6th, 2008, Willie Sheppard, age 16 years. Leaving to mourn his beloved parents, Dean and Denise; his grandparents, Don and Eugenie Durfy of Corner Brook and Cyril and Millicent Sheppard of Corner Brook; his uncles, Robert (Shireen) Durfy of Toronto, John (Carol) Durfy of Oakville, Sean (Tracey) Durfy of Calgary, Bernard (Gloria) Sheppard of Springdale, Byron (Patricia) Sheppard of Lewisporte, and Aunt Phyllis (Tom) Tokarchuk of Oakville, along with many cousins and a wide circle of friends and surrogate family. Funeral service was held Friday, February 8th, 2008 from Fraser Road United Church, Gander.
