THIBODEAU, CAROL ANN - The death of Carol Ann Thibodeau, wife of Douglas Thibodeau, occurred on Wednesday, February 18th, 2009 at her residence. Born 1946 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Lillian (Guilfoil) MacPhail. Carol had worked as a Nurses Aid for the Loch Lomond Villa. She enjoyed playing Bingo and cards. She is survived by her children, Stephen Thibodeau (Karen) of the United States, Michelle Stoddard (Jeffrey) of Darlings Island, Douglas Thibodeau Jr. and Troy Thibodeau of Calgary; grandchildren, Shelby Hughes, Gabrielle Melanson, Tristan Thibodeau, Kaylyn and Karlee Stoddard; brother, Gary MacPhail (Dale) of Saint John; sisters, Sandy Morrison (Frank) of New Castle, Valerie Hunt, Linda Kerr (Leo), Joan Russell (Randy) and Marilyn Cail (Stewart), all of Saint John; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no visitations or funeral service. The family would appreciate donations made to the Romero House Soup Kitchen or to the charity of the donor's choice.
