SHEPHARD, WILLIAM LORNE - W. Lorne Shephard of Rossville, NB passed away March 14, 2009 at Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in 1963 at Saint John, NB, he was a son of William Shephard and June (McNichol) Seeley. Lorne was a former member of the Nackawic Fire Department, Nackawic Ambulance, Nackawic Lions Club and presently a member of the Dumfries Fire Department. He was a First Aide Instructor and a volunteer with the Canadian Red Cross. Lorne was an employee of AV Nackawic Pulp Mill. Lorne is survived by his wife, Sheila A. (Bastarache) Shephard; his mother, June Seeley, Bocabec, NB; his father, William Shephard, Saint John; two brothers, David Shephard, Ontario and Stephen Shephard (Sheri), Saint John; his parents-in-law, Edward and Linda Bastarache, Rossville; several nieces and nephews. Visiting hours will be held at Flewelling Funeral Home, 585 Otis Drive, Nackawic, NB on Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Visiting hours will also be held at Castle (Fallsview)Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, Saint John, NB on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Castle Funeral Home chapel on Wednesday, March 18, 2009 at 11 a.m. with Rev.
