TAYLOR, NORA ANN - Nora Ann Taylor of Quispamsis passed away peacefully with her family by her side on April 19, 2009 at the Saint John Regional Hospital, after a courageous and dignified battle with cancer. Nora started her life in Victoria Beach, NB on January 23, 1940 daughter to the late Charlotte Ann Taylor. Nora at one time worked at Frenchy's in West Saint John; she enjoyed attending the "Light Spot" where she made many Christian friends. Nora is survived by sisters Mrs. Janette Scott (Murray) and Mrs. Pearl McGrath (Brian) both of Saint John; one son Timothy Daniel Tippett of Oak Point. She will be sadly missed by her special niece Tara Henderson (Brent) and many nephews Raynes Northrup, Kenneth Northrup (Debbie), Stephen Northrup, David McGrath (Deane) and Trevor McGrath (Tracey). Besides her parents, Nora was predeceased by her son Tony Brent Tippett and her feline companion Rusty. Resting at the Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424) with visitation on Monday and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Fundy Funeral Chapel on Wednesday April 22, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Cedar Hill Ext.
