BYERS, JORDON E. - Jordon E. Byers of Saint John went to be with his Lord and Saviour on Saturday June 6, 2009. Born 1992 in Saint John. Jordon was a grade 9 student at St. Malachy's High, and a member of the Full Gospel Assembly Church. He was devoted member of "Dare 2 Live " Youth Group of Full Gospel Church. Jordon was a gentle soul, he loved life and focused on youth actives and was active in hockey and softball and fundraising. Jordon leaves behind his precious son Keegan, and companion Beccy Buckley; his mother Veronica Lynn (Ron); brother Mikie (Hailey), sister Samantha Dawn (Cole), maternal grandmother Stella; great-grandmother Thelma J. Byers; one uncle Mark Anthony (Kayla); aunts Tracy (Ryan), TJ and Bonnie Jean (Jason); godchild Kaidense; niece Desirae Lynn; special great aunt Margaret Lockhart; several great aunts, uncles; cousins and friends; special friends Donnie Snook and James Smith all of Saint John. Jordon was predeceased by his papa, Norbert Byers. Resting at the Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Rd. (646-2424) with visitation on Tuesday June 9, 2009 from 7 to 9 p.m. and on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Full Gospel Assembly Church, 34 Mt. Pleasant Ave. East, on Thursday June 11, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Interment to follow at Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
