LOGAN, JAMIE D. - The death of Jamie D. Logan, formerly of Nauwigewauk, NB, occurred unexpectedly in Edmonton, AB on Saturday, June 13th, 2009. Born in Saint John, NB on February 6th, 1975, he was a son of Jean (Paley) Logan and the late Arthur Logan Sr. Jamie graduated from Hampton High School in 1992, where he was well known for his acting ability in school plays. He was an explorer and had a love for knowledge about everything. Jamie was a very intelligent person with a loving attitude towards people and life in general. He loved going to auctions and yard sales and saw a treasure in every find. Jamie enjoyed walking, climbing, hiking and snowboarding, music, books and quotes. Survived by his mother, Jean Logan of Nauwigewauk; his brothers, Art Logan Jr. (Sherri) of Nauwigewauk and their children, Trisha, Kathleen and Josh, Gary Logan (Dianne) of Hammond River, NB and their children, Kyle, Josie and Nigal, Ronnie Logan of Nauwigewauk and Danny Logan of Alberta; his sisters, Mary Logan of Nauwigewauk, Judi McBride (Neil) of Nauwigewauk and their sons, Dylan and Shannon McBride (Shannon)and their daughter, Ava, Debbie O'Donnell of Sussex, NB and her daughter, Serena; several aunts, uncles and cousins and many special friends. Jamie was predeceased by his father, Arthur W. Logan Sr. and his brother, Donnie Logan. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John (634-7424) with visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Monday, June 22nd, 2009 at 11:30 am from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery at a later date.
