KAYE, ARNOLD - Mr. Arnold Kaye of Norton passed away on June 26, 2009 at the age of 80. Born in Pollett River, he was the son of the late Roland and Jean (Scamble) Kaye and the husband of the late Vera (Beck) Kaye who passed away in 1990. Arnold is survived by his brother, Vaughn of Kars; his sister, Eleanor Anderson of NS; four step children: Susan Friars (Walter), Kathy Davidson (Mark) all of Sussex, Joe Veysey (June) of Penobsquis, Jim Veysey and Jackie of Saskatchewan; 15 step grandchildren; 11 step great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his brothers: Gordon, Donald and Austin and by his sisters, Mona and Elsie and by his step grandson, Dennis Friars.
